Air compressors
One central controller for the whole compressor fleet.
Central Controller
Holds pressure in a narrow band, runs only as many machines as needed, and lets machines of different brands share one fleet. The touchscreen sits right at the cabinet; from the Standard version up, you can watch it in a browser on the plant network and connect SCADA over Modbus.
- If the controller stops, each machine goes back to its own pressure band
- Control runs without the internet; remote monitoring in the cloud is an optional extra

Stability rooms
A control cabinet and THS software for temperature and humidity stability rooms.
THS
The PLC in the cabinet controls the room by itself, even when the PC is off. THS on the PC monitors the rooms, draws trends, saves data straight to SQL Server, and prints and exports reports.
- Changing a setting needs a reason and the password again (electronic signature)
- The action log is append-only, with an integrity check
- Operator, Engineer and Admin roles, a password policy, and lock-out after repeated wrong attempts
- PDF and Excel reports, printable; each file carries a report ID and a SHA-256 fingerprint of its data
- Alarms by buzzer and by email, with several escalation levels
- Automatic daily or weekly backup, with the copy verified
- If the PC is off or disconnected, the PLC keeps a buffer of recent records and THS reads them back at start-up
The THS interface is in English for now.

NovaDryMix
NovaDryMix belongs to the NovaMix family and is made for dry-mix plants. It runs on a Windows PC, connects to Siemens S7 PLCs and saves data to SQL Server.

Packaging: counting and barcode checks
Software reads the PLCs of several packaging machines, counts bags and cartons, and checks each barcode against the product that is running. A wrong code shows red and can stop the machine. Each event goes to the database, with reports by machine and product and export to Excel.
End-of-line testing for electrical panels
The measuring instruments are mounted in one cabinet, and a PLC runs the test sequence. The PC software saves each measurement to the database by serial number, holds the limits for each test and each product type, and prints a result sheet from a template.
Weighing and blending fertilizer
Software that weighs and blends materials by recipe, with reports.
